Forecaddie VIP: Dusty Oakwood

Dusty has been with GolfTEC since 2005 and started working for GolfTEC in the Naperville Location. Dusty has been here in Orlando since August 2005 and has personally instructed over 7,500 lessons using the GolfTEC Seva Pro System since 2005. He is affiliated with the PGA of America. As an amateur he has played Division 1 College Golf at Eastern Illinois University, numerous U.S. Amateur Qualifiers and U.S. Open Regional and Sectional Qualifiers. Dusty turned professional in 1999 to play a year on the NGA Hooters Tour. After making every cut on the Hooters Tour, he decided to attend Mississippi State University's Professional Golf Management Program to continue his education. Dusty worked as Director of Teaching at Wynlakes Golf and Country Club in Montgomery, AL for 5+ years prior to GolfTEC. His client base consists of beginners to accomplished players in college, and touring professionals. He has had the privilege of working with tour players including Michael Campbell and Natalie Gulbis on the GolfTEC Seva System. His students show not only improvement in swing mechanics, but also a great understanding of what is needed to make the corrective changes stick. Dusty is part of the GolfTEC Millenia Team and is ready to help you take your game to the next level.
