Born only a few miles from the Yuengling brewery in Pottsville, PA on the same exact day of Roe vs. Wade- Scott was destined for a life filled with tabloid stories. We'll save those stories for the radio.
After graduating high school Scott spent 5 wonderful years in Happy Valley and graduated with his B.A. from Penn State. Upon graduation, he headed south to Orlando and has lived here ever since. While working for Walt Disney World's infamous Casting department, Rob Porter approached Scott about a special golf cup and from that day on, Scott's life would be completely engulfed in golf. Rob and Scott changed the way Golf Course Superintendents looked at golf cups and after a decade full of risks and redesign in 2008, the White Metal Golf Cup was finally perfected and brought to market.
During those years Scott kept a steady income by working at Walt Disney World Golf and after passing his P.A.T. in 1999 he had the privilege to serve under Rich B as a golf pro at Orange Tree Golf Club.
Scott helped open the Ritz-Carlton Caddy Concierge program in 2003 and had the privilege to caddy at The Grande Lakes and Isleworth for such notables as Gary Player, John Cook, and spent 45 holes a day for one-week with the "Jumpman," Michael Jordan. Serving as a Forecaddie, Scott's local knowledge wasn't limited to "on the grass" as he made sure his guests were also taken care of "off the grass" as his knowledge of Orlando ensured they always found themselves where he knew they would have the best time. Hence, THE FORECADDIE, local knowledge for all your "on and off the grass" needs.
Under the encouragement of Jerry O'Neill, Scott took The Forecaddie concept to the airwaves and broadcast his first show during the Open Championship in July of 2006 on 740 the Team. His best move came a year later when he finally made Tony Doepker's (Sales Mgr - ESPN) dream come true and came to ESPN AM 1080.
The Forecaddie has been a roller coaster from the start but Rich B has been by his side since Day 1 and the Odd Couple never disappoint when it comes time to entertain. Scott met Holly G through mutual friends in the golf industry and became Scott's partner in early 2008 and if you're reading this bio then you are on our web site and Scott will openly admit that he couldn't have done it without her.
Scott has never been married but has a beautiful daughter named Taylor. The Forecaddie, White Metal Golf, Taylor and his friends and family are his world and he counts his blessings every day to live in the Golf Mecca of Orlando, FL.
